In the competition the summer edition of the Continental Cup in Lillehammer, 22 August 2009 was on second place. Fredrik is a record holder on the hill Snowflake in Westby (U.S.A) where 10 February 2008 he gave a jump of 130 meters. His personal best has established as trial jumper on Flying World Championships in 2012, on the hill in Vikersund - 223 m.
26 January 2013 the first time in his career has won the Continental Cup. It happened on the hill in Titisee-Neustadt. At the end of the season 2012/2013 he finished on second place in the overall standings Continental Cup.
