COC Liberec 

Last weekend in Wisla was very good, 5th place saturday and 1st place sunday. Im really happy, I started good in the training and got more self confidence and was able to perform on a high level the whole weekend. We dident have the best weekend as a team, but we will come back stronger already next weekend. Thursday we are going to Liberec, I really look forward to go back there. In 2008 I got my first victory in the COC there, so I have good memories from that place :) The team: Vegard Swendsen, Robert Johansson, Fredrik Bjerkeengen, Kim Rene Elverum Sorsell. Ole Marius Ingvaldsen crashed in the final round in Wisla, he suffered a ligament rupture in the knee. So he´s out the rest of the season. But I know he will get back soon and fight. All the best for Ole and get well soon.
