Last year I gave you Tom Hilde firs jump, now you can see mine first here at www.romoeren.com!! Its been 13 weeks since my operation today, and finally i made my first jump! Its been a lot of training and hard work to get where I am today, but thats only the beginning! As you can see, Im not in the hill yet. But that will come soon. Had my first power session today (like jumping power!) And it feels great. I know I still have to do so much more still to streng then my back, but its really motivating being able to also train a bit morenormal skijumper training.
